Are you working from home?

Firstly we hope you are well and using self isolation as a precaution as home working is seen a great way to manage the spread of the virus.

To that end our couriers will not expect signed "proof of delivery" or any form of close contact at collection or delivery with self isolating clients.

In cases where a physical Proof of Delivery cannot be obtained we will collect and leave packages according to your instructions.

We record our phone calls to ensure that your instructions and our calls back with the location of the delivery e.g. "The package has been left in the porch as instructed" are both correct and your goods are secure

We may also photograph the item in situ as proof of delivery.
